ESARA’s online income generating programs in Home Science- sewing and stitching, cookery, dairy, vegetable farming will be some popular e learning programs among them as our research indicates. Through the internet use, women will also be accessing other news and happenings in various fields, current affairs news, and other topics that interest them. The usage of the internet among women and girls in Nepal is very low. This gender disparity of internet user base is a big concern and we aim to bridge the gender divide in technology use so that girls and women are not further marginalized in their communities. Women empowerment can achieve a massive social change.
